Guardianship Services
Guardianship services are provided to older persons who are unable to make or communicate responsible decisions concerning their own well-being.
Through Order of the Court of Common Pleas, the Agency is appointed guardian of individuals who are unable to manage their person and/or property, to act in the best interest of those persons when there are no other responsible parties to care for them.
