Personal Care Services
Under a contract with local home health agencies, services are provided in the client’s home by trained personnel when there is no other responsible person available or capable of providing the needed services.
Service activities
include personal care, care and management of the home, meal preparation,
assistance with ambulation, assistance with adaptive devices, and related health
maintenance activities.
