PA Dept. of Aging Attendant Care
This service is available only to those individuals who were previously served by the Department of Public Welfare’s Under 60 Attendant Care Program and turn age 60.
Services and activities are provided to physically disabled adults through a care plan that recognizes and enhances the highest level of independence possible for each individual.
Although Attendant Care
services focus primarily upon personal care needs, other services may be
provided and all services are adapted to the disabled individual’s
needs and capabilities.
