About Our In-Home Services
The agency has a well-trained staff of care managers to determine with the older adult what services are needed to achieve their best quality of life. Consumers are carefully evaluated to determine types and levels of services needed. Consumers and services are monitored regularly and adjustments in services are made when appropriate. The following services can be provided following assessment by a care manager.
OPTIONS Community In-Home Support services include:

- Home Support on a limited basis
- Home Delivered Meals
- Adult Protective Services
- Caregiver Support Program
- Adult Day Care
